Good afternoon Parents and Caregivers,

I just wanted to clarify the details for Cross Country on Tuesday:

• If you are taking your child directly, please meet at Chertsey at approximately 10:40am.
• If you have kindly offered to transport other children, please meet at Fairton School at 10:15am so we can organise groups and ensure we have enough vehicles.

Children do not need to come to school before Cross Country; however, please let a staff member know your plans in advance.

The children were given their sports shirts today, and we were able to have a practice run this afternoon.

Dear Parents & Caregivers

This is a friendly reminder that school will be closed on Monday 27th April in observance of ANZAC Day.

Our school Cross Country event will be held on Tuesday 28th April at Chertsey School.

If you are planning to take your child directly to the event and we do not know already, please let the school know. If you are taking your child home from Cross Country, you must tell the classroom teacher at the event, and be crossed off the list.

We also ask that you inform the teacher if your child requires a booster seat, so we can ensure appropriate transport arrangements are in place.

Welcome back to Term 2.

• The Cross Country at Chertsey School will take place next Tuesday 28th April. Fairton Home & School need parent helpers to help with the BBQ on the day, if you can help with this please contact the school office. Going home with your child today is a sausage sizzle order form. Can all orders please be back by this Wednesday 22nd April.
• Fairton Home & School will hold their first meeting of Term 2 tomorrow, Tuesday 21st April at Taste Cafe at  7.30pm. Everyone welcome.
